Last updated: 14 July 2026. These terms govern your use of PayrollMaster Africa.

The service

PayrollMaster Africa provides payroll software that calculates statutory deductions, produces statutory returns and generates payment instructions for the countries we support.

Who is responsible for compliance

We maintain the statutory rules for each supported country and apply them to your payroll. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you give us — employee details, salaries, start and end dates — and for reviewing and approving each payroll run before it is submitted or paid.

Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed per employee per month. You may cancel at any time; we do not lock you into an annual commitment to get a usable product.

Your data

Your payroll data is yours. You can export it at any time, and we return it on request if you leave. See our privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

To be drafted by counsel. This clause must address statutory miscalculation, late filing and payment failure specifically — the generic template clause is not adequate for a payroll product.
